Purchasing Policy
When purchasing a product on this website you will be sent a verification email. Lucy Clare Stones Fine Art will ship the artwork to you within 7 days of the order being placed. When your artwork has been shipped you will be sent an email notification of shipping that includes the delivery tracking number if applicable.
Payments; eCommerce Payment Processor; Payments are made through a third party payment processors, Stripe, and processing of payments is subject to the third party’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You agree to pay Lucy Clare Stones Fine Art, through the payment processor, the full amount as charged.
Commissions
To request a commission please use the commissions contact form or email at hello@lucystones.com. Depending on the commission size and amount of detail, the commission timeline and payment will be discussed and agreed upon by the client and Lucy Clare Stones. A 50% upfront deposit is required with the remaining 50% to be paid upon completion. Progress pictures will be sent and changes can be made at the discretion of the client before artwork is complete. Payment installments are also available to make it more comfortable for the client.
